Position Title: Assistant Manager, Regulatory Reporting

Position Summary

 

The Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for ensuring compliance with SEC requirements. At MGCC, the team handles the validation, preparation, and review of various sections for SEC Reporting. Applications used include PeopleSoft and HFM.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

·       Assists with quarterly and year-end reporting, including the preparation of SEC reporting.

  • Knowledge of SEC Reporting and USGAAP.
  • Plan workflows for all deliverables in advance of quarter end.
  • Analyze and report interrelationships of financial information.
  • Support financial analysis/reporting and the integrity of financial data.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills.
  • Self-Starter & Self-motivated, well organized, and flexible with a sense of urgency approach

Education

CA/CPA

 

Experience 

(In Years)

2-4 years

 

Technical Skills

                     Knowledge of US GAAP Reporting

                     Knowledge of Peoplesoft and HFM tools

         Ability to interpret data, identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions

                     Excellent business writing and communication skills

                     Analytical and interpersonal skills.

                     Data gathering ability/ Eye for detail.

                     Knowledge of US Culture
