The Opportunity

The Investment Data Management Analyst will be responsible to perform daily, monthly, quarterly and year end activities in our Investments office to support the Global Investment platforms. Candidates must possess a general knowledge of investment instruments and related data attributes.  The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will also participate in project initiatives related to data quality.


Key Responsibilities
  •  Perform daily quality checks to ensure accurate, complete, reliable, relevant, and timely data.
  • Support pricing data quality by leveraging experience in security pricing, valuations, and coordination with external pricing vendors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effective oversight.
  • Perform quality controls around a variety of domains, primarily for Pricing but not limited to one domain.
  • Responsible for identifying and troubleshooting data quality issues reported by end users.
  • Partner with team members across the organization to understand, identify and address data quality issues.

 


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, as well as any other related field of expertise.
  • 3-5 years of Operations experience in the Financial Services industry, Capital Markets, or Investment Products (Fixed Income & equity securities).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Aladdin, Reference Data Platforms, Bloomberg, or other Investment platforms.
  • Problem solving abilities, attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

 

The expected salary range for this position is $73,000 - $83,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
