The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for enabling business‑aligned capability development by partnering closely with L&D Leaders, senior HR Business Partners and business leaders to diagnose needs, co‑create solutions, and deliver learning that drives measurable business impact across assigned regions and client groups. This role ensures enterprise capability development strategies are translated into locally relevant, scalable solutions while maintaining strong alignment with broader people and business priorities.

- Support strategic capability development partnerships with L&D leaders, Senior HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify capability gaps and align learning and development solutions to business and workforce priorities.
- Create enterprise- and/or line of business-level blended learning and capability solutions that translate enterprise strategies into actionable, locally relevant execution plans.
- Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives, ensuring effectiveness, adoption, and measurable impact on performance outcomes.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across HR, business, and global EL&D teams to ensure alignment, prioritization, and effective execution.
- Support organizational effectiveness with assigned client groups by partnering with HR and business leaders to assess organizational health, enable operating model and role clarity improvements, strengthen team effectiveness, and support change adoption aligned to business strategy.
- Develop AI-enabled capability roadmaps, skill strategies, and personalized learning pathways aligned to role needs, career progression, and business objectives.
- Coordinate global and regional learning efforts, adapting enterprise programs to local market, cultural, and regulatory contexts while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Experience with demonstrated application in learning and development, talent, or organizational capability roles.
- Experience working with learning platforms, digital and AI-enabled learning technologies, and analytics tools, applying them to design, deliver, and measure learning impact.
- Strong consultative, influencing, change leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work across complex stakeholder groups to drive adoption and alignment.
- Demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to connect capability development to talent outcomes, business performance, and enterprise priorities.
- 7+ years of experience in learning, talent, organizational development, or related workforce capability roles, ideally in large, complex organizations.
- Experience with AI‑enabled learning solutions or skills‑based approaches, using data and insights to inform decisions and personalize development.
- Proven ability to operate in global or matrixed environments, balancing enterprise consistency with local relevance.
- Track record of delivering scalable capability solutions that demonstrate clear impact on performance, engagement, or business results.
- Bachelor's Degree
The expected salary range for this position is $101,000 - $142,900. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
