The Opportunity 


We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Operations Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring smooth communication, accurate data handling, and timely responses to both internal and external customer requests.


As Junior Operations Administrator, you will:

  • Lead the daily tracking and follow-up of customer requests (Dues / Pending / Overdues) to meet standard turnaround times (TAT).
  • Create accurate and up-to-date records in our customer service systems.
  • Oversee the quality and consistency of operational outputs.
  • Manage Bizflow requests across multiple systems and departments.
  • Develop efficient communication channels between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

You’ll also:

  • Maintain focus across multiple operational fields.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with colleagues, subordinates, and managers.
  • Handle a high volume of daily tasks with precision and care.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in processes and priorities.
  • Uphold ownership by taking initiative, supporting teammates, and embracing a one-team mindset.


We’re looking for someone with:

  • 0–1 year of experience in insurance operations or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for data visualization and decision-making.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • A commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

Bonus qualifications (if applicable):

  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., FINRA registration, bar admission).
  • Experience with platforms such as Bizflow or other workflow management systems.
