Main Responsibilities

The role is responsible for providing effective administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of office facilities, support services, and related operational activities.

  • Ensure the timely processing of monthly utility and administrative payments to support uninterrupted office operations.
  • Support the maintenance and operational upkeep of office facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained working environment across all office locations.
  • Administer courier and physical mailing operations to ensure the secure, efficient, and properly documented movement of official correspondence and materials, both internally and externally.
  • Manage administrative processes related to contractual payments to ensure timely settlements are made to the service providers and records are systematically maintained.
  • Manage and oversee the printing and stationery store to ensure effective inventory control, organized storage, and timely issuance of materials to users.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of all regulatory correspondence to support proper documentation, tracking, and reference for compliance-related matters.
  • Coordinate the procurement of office utility items to support the maintenance and upkeep of facilities and services.

Job Specification      

  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
  • Must be capable of handling assignments independently and with good learning aptitude. 

Reports To: Head – General Services (Operations).

Educational Description: completion of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business studies.

Compensation: As per company rule.
