Summary of Responsibilities:
Job holder acts as an assistant to Head of Compliance to support Management Team of BIDV-MetLife in implementing an effective program on overseeing Compliance Key Risk Areas; Ethic Code; Regulatory Compliance Program and to implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of the Company on compliance and risk management.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Implement Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (ABC), including ongoing Due Diligence training; reviewing Due Diligence Checklist (before engagement with vendors) and review/support 1LOD to register and get approval (government official hiring, CSR, E&G, sale incentives and customer promotion); Manage entertainment & gift (E&G) log and conduct reconciliation.
- Implement Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML); AML risk assessment process (including KYC, Risk Table and Enhanced Due Diligence review and advice).
- Implement Privacy Policy, including Personal Data Incident (PDI) advice, communication, review and report.
- Implement Ethic Code Program, including Conflict of Interest (COI) advice, communication, review and report.
- Implement Regulatory Compliance Program, including, mange a Regulatory Directives for BIDV-MetLife; implement BIDV-MetLife’s Regulatory Change Management Process (including doing GAP Analysis and and preparing the Compliance Reports).
- Guide and support 1LOD for Compliance Regulatory Self-Assessment (CRSA).
- Conduct Required Training on ABC, ALM, Privacy, Ethic Code (both face-to-face and online).
- Implement the approved annual Testing and Monitoring Plans. coordinate with the 1LOBs to define corrective actions for failed outcomes, ensuring future compliance with Regulation and MetLife requirements.
- Conduct quarterly metric report (AML/ ABC/Sales Practice/Privacy).
- Conduct Required Training on ABC, ALM, Privacy, Ethic Code (both face-to-face and online).
- Annual review and update policies of Key Risk Areas (ABC, ALM, Privacy) and Ethic Code requested by Corporate and local regulations.
- Assist Head of Compliance and Compliance Manager to implement an effective Compliance Risk Management Program (including conduct the training; risk-based review; testing, monitoring, and do following up actions).
- Follow up with management reporting process that will help the Company comply with requirement of Corporate ’s policy and local regulation.
- Work with Regional Corporate Ethics and Compliance to identify and adopt best practices, ensure that standards are implemented and met in all areas.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Law university graduated.
- Analytical and reporting skills; good ability to identity & solve problem.
- Strong communication skill, both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English.
- A minimum of 03 years relevant working experience in financial service industry (preferably in law enforcement/ corporate compliance).
