RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide expert guidance to support business decision-making in AML, sanctions, anti-corruption, and privacy matters.
• Develop high-quality work papers to support monitoring, audit, and control activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen action plans and ensure effective remediation of findings.
• Prepare compliance reports and metrics for local and global audiences, delivering clear and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new laws and regulations, ensuring timely updates to internal processes and controls.
• Conduct special reviews, investigations, and on-site visits to sales offices and service centers to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Strengthen internal controls aligned with global policies (AML, fraud prevention, conflicts of interest, privacy).
• Promote the use of advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions to enhance risk detection and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Audit, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance, auditing, internal controls, or process reviews in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of AML, anti-corruption, privacy regulations, and risk management frameworks.
• Advanced English, with the ability to interact with global teams and understand corporate guidelines.
• Experience in reporting, metrics development, and audit documentation.
• Familiarity with analytical tools and/or AI-driven solutions (preferred).
