Key Responsibilities:
- Performing regional network development tasks:
- Accepting, representing the mission, vision and strategy of Metlife and supporting the main objectives and initiatives of the Company;
- Management of activity and income performance across the sales network, including weekly monitoring and analysis of DAP results, as well as communication of performance expectations to territorial leaders and Unit Managers;
- Supporting the digital transformation and AI technology within the Agency Network;
- Introduction of customer and recruitment lead management, as well as support for its adoption, rollout, and related campaigns across the sales network;
- Business development and leadership pipeline recruitment, ensuring a strong talent pool for Potential Unit Managers (PUMA), Unit Managers (UM), Potential Agency Managers (PAMA), and Agency Managers (AM), with particular focus on the launch of new mentoring teams and territorial agencies;
- Managing, coordinating and controlling the recruitment activities of the regional agencies and unit managers;
- Fulfillment of business plans (sales and recruitment plans) specific for the region, monitoring the sales activities;
- Coordinating and controlling activities related to portfolio protection, portfolio management and customer focus;
- Responsibility for ensuring and monitoring the quality of business, with particular focus on, but not limited to, persistancy indicators and adherence to sales Disciplinary Frameworks compliance regulations;
- Monitoring and coordinating training and development activities, to help serve the education and training needs of the agencies;
- Conduct business meetings, discussions, and presentations based on a sales management visit schedule;
- Strong relationship with the CEO and sales management, providing professional guidance to the sales managers;
- Reporting analysis;
- Managing the tasks determined by the Law of Insurers and Insurance Activities (Bit) and the National Bank of Hungary, enforce and verify the requirements and execute the instructions issued to handle these tasks.

- Proactively safeguard the company by addressing situations that may expose it to risk;
- Contribute to preventing high-risk scenarios;
- Report any identified or observed risk threats or dangers to management promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- University, college degree;
- Minimum 3 years management experience in sales;
- Knowledge of life insurance, A&H and EB products;
- Fluency of English;
- Proficiency in the practical application of Artificial Intelligence in sales;
- Proficiency in lead generation;
- Creative, independent personality, with commercial mindset.
