Applying a commercial and contemporary mindset, you'll advocate for what’s possible, overcome challenges, and embrace different perspectives. If you also pride yourself on acting with accountability, transparency, and respect, apply to join our Government & Legal Affairs team today.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Consultant to help simplify how our Global Government Affairs function works—by improving processes, introducing automation, and enabling teams to apply AI tools in their day-to-day work.

Our Government Affairs team engages in public policy issues and works with a broad set of stakeholders, including policymakers, regulators, trade associations, and industry partners. This role will help enhance how that work is planned, executed, and scaled through better use of technology.

This is a practical, delivery-focused role. You will work directly with teams to identify inefficiencies, build solutions using available corporate tools and emerging technologies, and support adoption through training and hands-on guidance. This is a fast-evolving environment—solutions will need to be continuously tested, refined, and redesigned as tools and business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions, agents, and workflow automations to address business needs.
  • Develop practical solutions using Microsoft technologies and other relevant tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders to solve business problems and continuously improve outcomes through feedback.
  • Drive user adoption by training teams on new tools, workflows, and AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT, automation, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to implement practical technology solutions and translate business needs into effective outcomes.
  • Experience in consulting or other business-facing roles with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Ability to train and support non-technical users while driving adoption of new solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Copilot, etc.)
  • Exposure to AI tools in a business setting

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

The expected salary range for this position is $62,100 - $82,800. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
