The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced temporary eDiscovery professional to provide hands-on support across active litigation matters during a period of increased workload and operational transition. This role will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, legal operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant execution of core eDiscovery activities.


Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end eDiscovery workflows, including data intake, processing coordination, review support, and production preparation
• Partner with attorneys and internal stakeholders to respond to discovery requests, court deadlines, and litigation needs
• Manage case-level tasks within eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Microsoft Purview, or comparable tools
• Coordinate with external vendors on data processing, hosting, review support, and productions
• Perform quality control (QC) on review sets, productions, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist with privilege log support, redactions, and documentation as required
• Track task progress, identify risks or issues, and escalate appropriately
• Follow established internal workflows, protocols, and discovery compliance requirements


Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery or litigation support
• Practical working knowledge of the e-discovery lifecycle and legal hold concepts
• Strong working knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle (EDRM) and legal hold concepts
• Experience using at least one major eDiscovery platform (Relativity preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple matters, priorities, and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to quality control
• Professional, clear communication skills when working with attorneys, legal teams, and vendors


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting in-house legal teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and modern enterprise data sources (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, cloud-based data)
• Prior experience supporting vendor transitions, backlog reduction, or operational stabilization initiatives
• ACEDS, Relativity, or comparable eDiscovery training or certification


Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

 

The expected salary range for this position is $103,300- $137,700 This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
