Job Responsibilities

·       Review enrollment requests to ensure all required eligibility data is present to enable enrollment for all MetLife products

·       Verify eligibility by researching within one or more applications including GroupFacts, UIS, CDF and CBS

·       Input data manually into UIS and/or GroupFacts (keying both Core and VB products like Critical Illness, Aura, DLP, others)

·       Respond to requestors in a timely manner within TAT

·       Clearly & accurately respond to customers/Service teams beyond standard template text (follow up for missing data)

·       Terminate employee enrollments

·       Auditing to find keying discrepancies

·       Partner with key stakeholders to assess root cause and resolve escalations

·       Ensure SLAs are met

·       Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, including security, data retention/ ILM and external regulations

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement

Education

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience 

(In Years)

·       1-2 years of experience performing manual data entry (Preferably in Insurance Industry)

·       Customer service experience

·       Business writing skills, including ability to write clear, concise communications

Technical Skills

·       Proficient knowledge of MS office - Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook

·       Typing / data entry speed 30 wpm with 90% accuracy

·       Deeper understanding of product eligibility verifications

·       Analytical skills to assess eligibility & troubleshooting for solutions.

Other Skills

·       Knowledge of Insurance principles in relation to the US Insurance industry

·       Excellent communication (Written & Verbal) and comprehension skills
