The Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end operational activities required to maintain the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across Global Investment Platforms. This role plays a critical part in ensuring investment, reference, issuer, and security master data is properly maintained and governed to support portfolio management, trading, risk, compliance, accounting, and reporting functions.
The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of investment instruments and associated data attributes, including fixed income securities, equities, private assets, derivatives, and alternative investments. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate, resolve, and prevent data quality issues in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with business partners across Operations, Technology, Portfolio Management, Accounting, Compliance, and Data Governance teams. In addition to supporting ongoing operational activities, the analyst will participate in strategic initiatives focused on enhancing data quality, automation, operational efficiency, and platform modernization.
- Perform daily data quality and integrity checks to ensure accurate, complete, and timely data across systems.
- Reconcile cash balances and validate portfolio cash projections against payments received.
- Serve as a data steward for reference data domains, ensuring strong data governance and consistency.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues in partnership with business users and cross-functional teams.
- Support ad hoc reporting and data requests while meeting business requirements and delivery timelines.
- Document and maintain data integrity processes, procedures, and controls, while contributing to ongoing data management initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, as well as any other related field of expertise.
- 0-2 years of operations experience in the Financial Services industry, Capital Markets, or Investment Products (Fixed Income & equity securities).
- Experience with Aladdin, Reference Data Platforms, Bloomberg, or other Investment platforms.
- Problem solving abilities, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a small team.
- General understanding of investment operations support, reporting, data integrity and fixed income and equity securities analytics.
The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $70,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
