  • Coordinate communication and collaboration with claimants, representatives, physicians, attorneys, brokers, family members, and internal partners to gather needed information and support sound claim outcomes

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma and at least 1 year of disability insurance claims experience, with the ability to evaluate claim information and make timely, balanced, and accurate claim decisions.
  • Critical thinking, analysis, and sound judgment to review available facts, assess risk, use independent decision-making, and determine appropriate next steps in complex claim situations.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage interactions effectively across internal and external partners in both verbal and written settings.
  • Creative problem-solving, conceptual thinking, risk awareness, and strong organizational and time management skills to handle complex situations effectively and maintain a consistent workload.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of disability experience
