Valuable team member, the new Learning Expert will play an essential role in the Development and performance of the Learning processes, within the company, by offering his/ her support to the country Lines of Businesses and Functions, while addressing the business’ learning needs.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports the conduct of learning needs analysis using established processes, tools and templates;
- Facilitates and provides ongoing feedback on implementation of the Annual Learning plan;
- Collects and communicates business specific info and data on business knowledge and country, Line of Business, function needs;
- Leverages enterprise content, promotes enterprise learning initiatives, resources and best practices and supports localization of country/ business/ functions;
- Reports on the learning progress with client(s) to the Regional Learning partner, based on business and learning specific data;
- Implements the L&D delivery cycle, leverages multiple resources and works with different partners including BPO Provider and third party vendors;
- Delivers on the Line of Business specific programs, including pre/post communications and activities, marketing, sponsorship and engagement expectations; Facilitates completion of required tools and templates thoroughly and ensures they meet the standards of excellence outlined by the governance model;
- Ensures locally adherence to Learning and Development related processes, standards, governance.
