This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to support financial planning, workforce tracking, vendor governance, and operational reporting across the U.S. D&A organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Expense and Vendor Management, you’ll gain hands-on experience in enterprise financial operations and vendor management while helping to build and standardize processes that improve transparency and scalability across teams. 

 

This role is a great fit for someone looking to grow into a Senior Financial Analyst or Vendor Management Lead role over time.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 Financial Planning & Reporting:

  • Assist in key processes related to preparing, submitting, and reconciling monthly financial forecasts and annual budgets 
  • Contribute to the creation of variance analyses and commentary.
  •  Help with the tracking of cost centers, billing activities, forecast changes and budget transfers.
  •  Support the development of consolidated financial views for leadership reporting.

 

 Workforce & Operational Support:

  •  Maintain accurate records of FTE and FTC headcount across D&A pillars.
  •  Partners with Team leads to reflect workforce changes in planning tools.
  •  Support reporting needs for labor cost tracking and capacity planning.

 

 Process Improvement & Collaboration:

  • Contributes to the development of standardized templates and reporting frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and scalability in financial operations.
  • Participate in tool enhancements and automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or workforce planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

 

Preferred:

  • Willingness to learn financial systems such as Apptio and other enterprise tools.
  • Curiosity and openness to using automation and AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve workflows

The expected salary range for this position is $76500 to $102,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
