  • Maintain the global audit universe and related data (AUUs, KIRIs, risk indicators) in alignment with defined frameworks.
  • Compile and analyze risk and performance data to inform plan adjustments and prioritization.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing plan execution, coverage metrics, and key trends.
  • Collaborate with second and first lines to source and align risk data inputs for use in planning activities.
  • Support audit leaders in plan refresh reviews, scenario analysis, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline planning workflows and improve data quality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience performing assurance engagements throughout the audit lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment, audit universe management, and planning objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications / Tools / Frameworks

  • CIA, CRMA, or similar professional certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL or other data-querying tools.
  • Familiarity with risk data models, audit planning workflows, and visualization tools.

Knowledge of IIA Standards and risk-based planning principles.
