Job Responsibilities :
- Drive advanced data analysis and data preparation activities to derive meaningful insights, ensuring high standards of data quality, security, and performance.
- Lead the development of scalable and user-centric BI dashboards and reports, promoting best practices in visualization and usability.
- Design and govern robust data models and calculation frameworks to support efficient and reliable analytics.
- Architect and manage end-to-end data integration solutions (ETL/ELT), including pipelines and transformation workflows across diverse data sources.
- Partner with business stakeholders to shape requirements, provide consultative input, and deliver value-driven BI solutions.
- Champion the use of Power Platform, AI, and intelligent automation to modernize analytics and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive process optimization and standardization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manual dependencies.
- Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering capability development.
- Contribute to strategic data initiatives, including governance, scalability, and alignment with organizational data objectives.
- Design and enhance DQ dashboards and automated controls
- Support platform vendor alignment and capability enhancement strategy
- Ensure scalability, compliance, and enterprise adoption.
- Technical Skills:
· Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (Desktop & Service) with expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelling.
· Strong in SQL and relational databases with strong data modelling knowledge – Logical/Physical/Canonical
· Working knowledge of Azure tools such as Databricks/Azure SQL, /Cosmos DB.
· Expertise in data preparation, cleansing, validation, and visualization best practices
· Proficiency in Power Platform tools including Power Automate/Power Apps/Power Query/M Query
· Working knowledge of Python/R Ops is a plus
· Awareness of AI-driven tools and automation for analytics efficiency.
· Basic knowledge of data science concepts such as statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
