  • Verify vacation balances, attendance records, leaves, and other personnel administration data.
  • Maintain updated and accurate personnel records, including absences, medical leaves, and administrative movements.
  • Maintain data integrity within the payroll platform by monitoring changes, validating results, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports, cost analyses, provisions, and workforce movement summaries.
  • Prepare key data sets and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Prepare information for annual budget planning, staffing indicators, and cost tracking.
  • Support HR leaders with technical or system‑related inquiries regarding payroll or personnel administration.

  • Administer reporting and dashboard generation for management indicators (headcount, turnover, costs, absenteeism, provisions).

To help you succeed, you need to have knowledge in…

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR Engineering, or a related field.
