Role Value Proposition:

The Agile Enablement Lead plays a pivotal role in executing the enterprise strategies defined by the Director of Agile Enablement. This position is responsible for translating strategy into action—driving the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of delivery tooling capabilities across Targetprocess, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and related analytics and automation platforms.

Acting as the primary driver for solution delivery, the Delivery Lead ensures enhancements, workflows, automations, and reporting capabilities are implemented effectively, consistently, and at scale. This role partners engineering, automation, data teams, and end‑users to operationalize platform strategies, improve user experience, streamline execution, and embed modern technology ways of working across the enterprise tooling ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Implementation

  • Lead the implementation of platform strategies, enhancements, and workflow improvements defined by the Director.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint execution for tooling and reporting improvements.
  • Prepare guidance documents, conduct training sessions, and coach stakeholders on proper adoption of agile tooling methods and best practices.

Workflow, Reporting, and Automation

  • Design, build, and deploy workflows, templates, and usage patterns that drive consistency and adoption across Targetprocess, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and connected systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, automated processes, and Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) that support visibility and self‑service analytics.
  • Ensure alignment of reporting and data structures with enterprise needs, Lean Portfolio Management practices, and performance insights.

User Experience & Support

  • Partner with end‑users, delivery teams, and portfolio leaders to identify pain points, gather feedback, and propose enhancements.
  • Drive user‑centric design for navigation, reporting, and workflow improvements.
  • Provide hands‑on support for troubleshooting, workflow coaching, and delivery system optimization.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate across engineering, automation, and data teams to ensure seamless deployment and scaling of enhancements.
  • Work closely with product owners, platform owners, and business partners to align capabilities with delivery practices and operating model needs.

Adoption & Enablement

  • Develop documentation, training, and enablement materials to drive adoption of new tooling capabilities.
  • Host enablement sessions, demonstrations, and practical training to improve user proficiency and confidence.
  • Promote best practices for tooling usage and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor performance, usage, and adoption metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate emerging platform capabilities, integrations, AI‑powered enhancements, and automation trends to propose incremental improvements.
  • Support maturity uplift across teams through workflow optimization, delivery health insights, and capability building.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required Skills:

  • 3–5+ years of experience with delivery tooling, ALM platforms, agile operations, or enterprise analytics.
  • Hands‑on expertise with Targetprocess, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and/or similar enterprise delivery tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to design workflows, reporting structures, or automation solutions aligned to business and delivery needs.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Experience supporting end‑users through training, enablement, or workflow troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical, actionable steps.
  • Working knowledge of agile delivery practices, delivery metrics, and Lean Portfolio concepts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience implementing tooling enhancements or participating in enterprise‑scale platform improvements.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, DevSecOps practices, or data model design.
  • Exposure to AI‑enabled analytics, predictive insights, or automation capabilities.
  • Background in process optimization, workflow automation, or usability design.
  • Experience supporting agile transformations.
  • Scaled Agile certification as SPC or LPM.
