The scope of the role:

• Sales support and controlling of broker sales channel;
• Co-operation with related departments.

Main responsibilities:

• Sales support;
• Preparing partner agreements;
• Coordinating commissions (checking the commission statements and sending them to the partners, handling commission failures and commission settings);
• Preparing sales reports and analysis;
• Participation in planning;
• Continuous maintenance and simplification of reports and databases;
• Communication with the partners (preparing newsletters and sales support materials);
• Editing partner portal and broker portal;
• Keeping contact with sales partners;
• Print management, organizing broker events;
• Initiating, coordinating and supervising internal process developments;
• Cooperating with relating departments according to the processes of Alternative sales.

In order to be a right fit, you'll have to bring to the table:

• College/ university degree;
• High knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Good English language level;
• Digital mindset and curiosity about technology;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Proactivity, very good organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Customer centric attitude;
• Team-player, open minded and willing to make an impact.
