Currently we are searching for a new team member at Policy Owners Service department — Technical support specialist, reporting to Head of POS, Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

  • Service maintenance of insurance contracts
  • Processing incoming correspondence
  • Registering requests in CRM
  • Providing technical support during client communications

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in economics)
  • Experience working with administrative systems (CRM)
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, precise, and quick
