İş Tanımı ve Gereklilikler

·       Review of the request and form for acceptability for updating the beneficiary & enrollment requests 

·       Verification of Insured details on UIS and manual keying of eligibility and face amount for the requested coverage

·       Responsible for manual update the demographic changes on eligibility systems - UIS and then process the enrollment request in ATLAS application

·       Termination of the policy on system post validations 

·       Confirmation letters to be sent through CSS application and the letter database

·       Partnering with different stakeholders and resolve queries/escalations received from various departments/stakeholders through emails

·       Research of previously submitted information when needed

·       Implement corrective actions, as needed, to ensure correct details updated

·       Manage and ensure SLAs are met.

·       Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards.
