Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by recruiting and onboarding a high-performing Agent aligned with local regulatory requirements. This role will focus on securing new business deals, expanding market presence, and ensuring compliance with all relevant country-specific laws and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment & Onboarding
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit a qualified Agent with a strong market profile.
• Ensure the Agent meets all regulatory and compliance requirements in the country.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and integration of the Agent into the company’s sales ecosystem.
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations to close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support the Agent in client acquisition and retention efforts.
Performance Monitoring
• Set clear KPIs and performance targets for the Agent and sales activities.
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and deal closures.
Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure all sales activities comply with local laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and managing third-party agents or partners.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
Skills:
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
