We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team in Turkey. This role will support the delivery of key HR operations, including payroll coordination, HR administration, employee lifecycle activities, benefits administration, compliance, vendor management, reporting, and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with local and regional HR teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with local requirements.

- Coordinate and execute monthly payroll activities, including consolidating payroll inputs, validating data accuracy, and managing submissions to external payroll providers.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with local labor legislation, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Prepare and review pre- and post-payroll reconciliations to ensure payroll accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Generate and submit payroll and HR reports in accordance with local regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Manage day-to-day HR administration activities, including oversight of HR mailboxes and employee inquiries.
- Support the employee lifecycle by coordinating onboarding, employment changes, benefits administration, and offboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all employment-related documentation is updated and compliant.
- Partner with external vendors and service providers, including payroll providers and Accenture, to ensure effective service delivery and issue resolution.
- Manage HR vendor administration, including purchase order creation, invoice tracking, and invoice processing coordination.
- Maintain and enhance HR systems and employee-facing platforms by updating content, publishing new materials, and ensuring information accuracy.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc HR metrics, analytics, and reports to support operational and business needs.
- Coordinate third-party onboarding and risk assessment activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance requirements.
- Drive quality assurance across HR processes by reviewing, maintaining, and continuously improving procedures, templates, contracts, and employee documentation.
- Monitor changes in local employment legislation and implement actions to maintain compliance across HR operations.
- Manage Fit & Proper processes, including background screening activities and regulatory documentation requirements.
- Support automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
- Collaborate closely with local HR teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners to deliver a seamless and high-quality employee experience.
- Experience in HR Operations, Payroll Administration, HR Shared Services, or a similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Good knowledge of Turkish labor law, payroll processes, and local statutory requirements.
- Experience working with HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, and external vendors.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare reports, reconcile data, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Experience supporting payroll activities and working with external payroll providers.
- Experience administering employee benefits and HR vendor management processes.
- Knowledge of HR analytics, reporting, and data management practices.
- Experience managing HR content platforms, employee portals, or HR knowledge management systems.
- Familiarity with purchase order management, invoice processing, and vendor governance activities.
- Experience supporting compliance, risk assessment, and third-party onboarding processes.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to HR process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization and collaborating with regional and cross-functional teams.
