Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge critical communication gaps between technical teams and stakeholders
  • Bring his technical expertise to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security
  • Be the bridge between onsite and offshore to document requirements and pass on to development team

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science

 

Experience:

  • 12–14 years of IT experience with strong technical skills and business-level Japanese proficiency
  • Proven success delivering enterprise projects for Japanese clients with cross-cultural collaboration
  • Expert in Object-Oriented Programming (Java/C#/Python) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Full-cycle SDLC experience from requirements analysis through deployment and maintenance
  • Experience in App Modernization

 

Technical Skills

  • Any Object-Oriented Programming Language(Java/C#/Python)
  • Development and deployment experience in any cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Development experience in RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle)

 

Good to have

  • Experience working with AI tools such as GitHub Co-pilot, MCP
