We are looking for a new Project Leader  to join our TI Team.


The Team You Will Join...

Our team is responsible for providing technical support and application development for Finance and Investment systems within the organization. We work closely with global teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards and best practices. 


 Here are our key activities:

  • Security Reviews: Perform regular security assessments and compliance checks on applications and infrastructure to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Incident Resolution: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents impacting financial and investment applications, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity.
  • Evolutionary Improvements: Design and implement enhancements to existing applications to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Obsolescence Management: Monitor and manage the lifecycle of applications under our responsibility, ensuring timely upgrades and replacement of outdated technologies.
  • Collaboration with Global Teams: Coordinate with global IT and business stakeholders to align architecture, security standards, and strategic initiatives.



What is the purpose of your role...

The position is responsible for leading agile full-stack development for critical financial (accounting, Account Payable, Payment and Treasury) and investment systems, ensuring they remain secure, resilient, and aligned with global standards. By driving innovation and managing lifecycle upgrades, you help the company deliver reliable, compliant technology that supports its mission to protect and grow customer assets worldwide.

In this role, you’ll work on mission-critical financial and investment systems that power a global insurance leader. You’ll collaborate with international teams to enhance security, resolve complex incidents, and deliver innovative improvements that keep our technology ahead of the curve. This is an opportunity to shape the future of financial platforms while ensuring stability and compliance in a dynamic, global environment

 

Success in this role requires DevSecOps capabilities and focus on Automatic process solutions. The position is responsible for being part of the Agile development team with Leadership role and be able to be a link with Infrastructure and Architecture teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance Teams in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.

  • Manage and Lead an be part of a Agile development Team
  • Create and Develop Finance and Investment solutions using cloud and the lasted technologies also work in the integration with global tools
  • Oversee security and obsolescence of the component over application under your domain.
  • Coordinate activities related to Security, Infrastructure and Architecture in order to comply with corporate policies.


To contribute to your success, it is important that you have ... 

  • Tool/Program/Platform/Framework

o .NET Core / .NET 6+: APIs REST, MVC, etc.

o IDE : Visual Studio,Visual Studio Code

o ORM: Entity Framework Core, Dapper. 

o DevSecOPs: Azure: Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Labs, Artifacts, SonarQube, VeraCode.

o GitHub / GitHub Copilot.

o Database: SQL Server (T-SQL) and Oracle (PL/SQL).

o IaC: Terraform

o Cloud: Azure App Service/AKS, APIM, Storage, App Insights/Log Analytics, Dashboard

  • Work Style:

o Sustainable cadence: clear rhythms (short daily reports, planning sessions). 

o Document the essentials: concise ADRs, useful READMEs, deployment checklists. 

o Automate first mindset: scripts, pipelines, policies; “manual is temporary.” 

o Modular design: decouple, version, contracts; avoid big‑bang releases. 

o Enablement: removes team blockers; protects focus, negotiates dependencies.
