You will be part of MetLife Portugal’s Corporate Solutions team, a key contributor to our Employee Benefits business segment. This team plays a strategic role in strengthening MetLife’s presence in the corporate market, delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet the needs of companies and their employees. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help drive growth and ensure exceptional service delivery.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong commercial acumen to join our Employee Benefits team. This role is essential for expanding MetLife’s footprint in the corporate segment, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships with brokers and clients. By contributing to the execution of our business strategy, you will help us achieve sustainable growth and reinforce our leadership in the Portuguese market.

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

• Develop, execute, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
• Manage a weekly schedule of partners and broker visits.
• Deliver training plans to partners and clients.
• Identify, develop, and monitor new business opportunities and portfolio renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance sector in a similar role or brokerage environment.
• Proven experience in Employee Benefits / Corporate segment.
• Strong results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multinational clients or complex corporate structures.
• Knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements in Employee Benefits.
• Ability to use data and analytics to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
