【職務概要】

エンドユーザー・テクノロジー・チーム責任者は、日本におけるエンドユーザー向けテクノロジーサービス全体の戦略立案、運営管理、および継続的な改善を統括します。本ポジションは、グローバルIT方針および標準に整合した形で、従業員に対しシームレスで安全かつ最新のテクノロジー環境を提供し、生産性およびコラボレーションの最大化を実現する役割を担います。


【職務内容（Responsibilities）】

■ リーダーシップ＆戦略

・VDI、Windows／Mac プラットフォーム、モバイルデバイス、

　コラボレーションツールを含むエンドユーザーテクノロジーサービスのロードマップを策定し、実行する

・ユーザー体験および運用効率を向上させるためのイノベーションおよび自動化施策を推進する

■ オペレーショナル・エクセレンス（運用の卓越性）

・エンドユーザーテクノロジーに関する Tier2／Tier3 サポートを統括し、エスカレーションされた課題を適時に解決する

・IT 資産のライフサイクル管理、調達、ベンダー管理を行う

・セキュリティ基準および監査要件への準拠を確保する

■ グローバル連携

・導入展開、エスカレーション、標準整合において、グローバルテクノロジーチームとの主要な窓口を担う

・グローバル施策をローカルに展開・実装し、円滑な導入とチェンジマネジメントを推進する

■ チームマネジメント

・エンジニアおよびサポートスペシャリストから成る高パフォーマンスなチームを構築・育成する

・協働、継続的な学習、顧客志向の文化を醸成する


■応募要件（経験・スキル・学歴）

・エンドユーザーテクノロジーまたはインフラサービス領域を中心とした、IT 分野におけるリーダー職の実務経験

・以下分野における高度な技術的知識・実務経験

　Windows OS、Mac、VDI（Citrix の経験があれば尚可）、SCCM／Intune、MDM ソリューション（MobileIron、Intune）

　Office 365 エコシステム（メール、SharePoint、OneDrive、Teams）

・日本語および英語のビジネスレベルの運用能力（会話、読解、文書作成）

・グローバル連携を伴うマネジメント経験、および部門横断プロジェクトを主導した実績

・優れたコミュニケーション能力、ステークホルダーマネジメント力、問題解決能力

・Azure 関連資格

・ITIL 認定資格
