Descrição e requisitos

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

To resolve low to moderately complex issues, requests, and problems for clients through research, investigation, and interfacing with other departments.

 

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on submitted business and distribute it to approved recipient list;
  • Prepare weekly report by units and agencies and distribute it to approved recipient list;
  • Prepare 3 months and 6 months report on a monthly basis and and distribute it to approved recipient list;
  • OPP- recorded orphan policies in OLAS on a daily basis;

New agents create and maintain agents’ files in the current operating system /IPAC/, including check of PCT declarations for correctly and completely filled information; maintain agent’s hard copy archive: 

Ø  IPAC

Ø  OLAT – new agents’ policies

Ø  Letters, certificates, contracts

Ø  Agents cards, proposals and E-agent

 

·         Term and recoded agents

Ø  IPAC

Ø  OLAT and OLAS– portfolio /transfer to 445/

Ø  Letters, proposals, E-agent

  • Manage  and monitor applications and printing materials - prepare orders for needed printing materials, distribution to the agencies, keeping the registers and perform regular audits for availability

Ø  Business cards

Ø  applications 

  • Suporting agency- daily communication with agents and managers- joined work sales supporting Supervisor
  • Prepare ad-hoc common reporting
  • RCSA, Open Page, policies and support sales audits 
  • Ensure effective risk management is taken into account in all day to day activities, in accordance with MеtLife risk policies, and escalate any areas of concern to line manager and where appropriate Risk Management function.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in BA or other economics related specialty;
  • Working experience at least 1 year on administrative position;
  • Fluent in English both written and oral;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent computer skills related to office administration (digital mindset);
  • The ability to respect all the internal regulations and procedures, MetLife ethical & integrity values and principles.
