■ポジションについて

企業のコミュニケーション基盤を支えるエンジニアを募集します。音声サービスの安定運用を中心に、改善や新しい技術への挑戦にも積極的に取り組める方を歓迎します。入社後は、音声プラットフォームに加え、WebexやMicrosoft Teams、ビデオ会議システムなど、幅広いコミュニケーション領域にも関与いただきます。安定運用を支えるだけでなく、設計・構築や改善活動を通じて、次世代のコミュニケーション環境を共に創り上げるポジションです。

 ■職務内容

  • 音声サービスや関連システムの運用管理と安定稼働の確保
  • 設定変更や改善プロジェクトの実施
  • 新規構築や導入に関する設計・設定
  • 関係者との連携によるソリューション最適化
  • セキュリティ対策やベストプラクティスの実装
  • ナレッジ共有やセルフサービス導入の推進
  • マルチメディア領域（WebEX、Teams、ビデオ会議）のサポート
  • ITIL原則に基づくサービス運用と継続的改善
  • 必要に応じて、障害対応や重要作業時に夜間・週末対応あり

■必須経験・スキル

  • 高校卒業以上（関連分野の学士号があれば尚可）
  • IT関連業務の経験5年以上（音声システム、またはネットワーク・サーバ・クラウドなどの運用、運用支援、または関連プロジェクト経験）
  • インシデント対応や設定変更などハンズオン業務の経験
  • ネットワーク基礎知識（TCP/IP、VoIP、SIPなど）
  • 日本語（ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル）＋英語に抵抗がないこと（翻訳ツールを使ってメール対応できるレベル）

  • 技術的な内容をわかりやすく説明し、適切に情報共有できる方
  • 障害発生時に冷静に原因を分析し、迅速に解決策を提示できる方
  • 新しい技術を積極的に学び、改善提案ができる方
  • 英語に抵抗がなく、学ぶ意欲がある方（翻訳ツール利用OK）

■歓迎経験・スキル

  • 音声システムやコールセンター基盤の知識・経験
  • Cisco、Microsoft Teamsなどの構築・運用経験
  • クラウドコールセンター製品の経験
  • ITサービス、ITプロジェクト管理経験
  • 関連資格例：ITIL、CCNA/CCNP、Microsoft関連資格など
