Position Summary

Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of software development solutions within a defined system, platform or product, based on a set of standards and processes which establish consistency acrost the enterprise data, reduce risk and promote efficiencies in support of the organization’s goals and objectives. This family can be used for both roles that require a complete technology stack of capabilities as well as roles that require to work on a single technology stack, application or platform. The Full Stack Engineer role will include a majority of the following technology stack capabilities: Front End Development, Back End Development, Database Management Systems, hosting technologies, API, Web and/or Mobile technologies along with automation.

Job Responsibilities

·        Participates in the creation of architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms 

·        Leads the collection and documentation of user requirements as well as the development of user stories and estimates into technology solutions for product features, in collaboration with the Product Owner 

·        Responsible for detailed technical design and development of applications/platforms. May partner with Product owner in planning. (Full Stack) Responsible for development using multiple technology stack capabilities (Front/Back End, API, Database Management, Hosting technologies, etc.). (Software/Platform) Responsible for the development of specific software/platform components. 

·        Review solution designs and related code 

·         Investigate and resolve production management incidents, problems, and service requests. Responsible for prioritizing problems, incidents, and service requests, may lead or manage process with Product Owner. 

·         Identifies and implements operating efficiency solutions for specific product feature. Assists in upgrading or patching applications/platforms as needed. 

·         Gain awareness of trends and issues in the area of technical expertise, potential new technologies, or technology opportunities to champion the customer.

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.
