The Team you will join:
Key Responsibilities:
- To organize regular visits to assure the implementation of the sales process, marketing plan and the needed are of developments.
- To control and monitor the overall sales management KPIs of the business performance.
- Organize business meetings with stakeholders as well as the bank’s business meetings/ Committees.
- Maintain strategic relationship with the bank upper management to be able to improve the overall bank’s profitability as well as the company’s strategic objectives.
- Efficient communication and alignment to the business partner as well as stakeholders.
- Develop and sustain his/her intellectual capital as well as bank’s stakeholders to assure a healthy business growth.
- To provide a conceptual feedback / analysis about the bank, team & the business performance to forecast future business needs.
- To lead & participate in Banc-assurance projects/assignments with Banc-assurance senior management.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Business Knowledge/Technical Skills:
- Preferable to be with insurance sales experience especially with Banc-assurance background with at least 10 years of experience.
- Preferable to be with at least 7 years sales management background.
- MBA desired.
- Fluent in English
- MS Office
- Negotiation, creativity, communication, sales, analysis, forecasting, problem solving & management skills.

- Planning & Organization: Recognize and respond to stakeholder’s needs as well as the bank’s need.
- Sales Performance Management & Profitability: Monitor year to date business performance as well as assure future business opportunities and growth
- Development & Analysis: Manage and analysis the bank’s SOWT analysis as well as the company’s stakeholders.
- Communication & Alignment: Business alignment with the bank as well as the stakeholders.
