The Team You Will Join

The position of ID Team Supervisor is part of MetLife’s face-to-face distribution channel, which is essential to the company’s commercial strategy. This team is made up of professionals dedicated to executing the channel’s strategy and achieving results. Your role will be to support and guide part of the sales team, ensuring motivation, follow-up, and compliance with defined objectives.
You will work closely with the ID Team Manager and other supervisors in an environment where every contribution is valued and every perspective is heard.


The Opportunity

The ID Supervisor position will be responsible for overseeing and developing a team of sales managers, ensuring the implementation of strategic guidelines and the achievement of channel objectives. This role is key to guaranteeing operational efficiency, team motivation, and the quality of service provided to partners and clients.


How You Will Contribute to Our Future (Key Responsibilities)

  • Support and guide a group of sales managers, fostering an inclusive, results-driven culture.
  • Ensure the execution of strategies defined for the channel.
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for the team under your responsibility.
  • Collaborate with the Manager and other supervisors to align practices and objectives.
  • Develop coaching and motivational skills to maximize the team’s potential.

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

  • Previous experience in supervising or coordinating sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Experience in B2B2C sales.
  • Strong results orientation and goal achievement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English.
