In your local office you will be working with the other departments, contributing to the effectiveness of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales quality and compliance processes within the Face-to-Face (F2F) channel (Agency and Independent);
  • Lead an analytics-driven approach to proactively identifying risks, root causes and closing gaps;
  • Drive continuous monitoring using dashboards, early‑warning indicators, and trend analysis to support business decisions;
  • Facilitate regular calibration meetings, ensure follow-up on corrective actions, and timely resolution with clear accountability across stakeholders;
  • Support F2F channels in developing and implementing action plans;
  • Initiate, coordinate, and monitor internal process improvements; 
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and tracking of the sales practice issues log to ensure timely escalation and effective resolution;
  • Simplify and automate reports and records to enhance the effectiveness of sales quality processes; 
  • Collaborate closely with F2F Heads, Compliance and Legal teams.

Commitment to Risk Management

  • Proactively safeguard the company by addressing situations that may expose it to risk; 
  • Contribute to preventing high-risk scenarios;
  • Report any identified or observed risk threats or dangers to management promptly.

 

      Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree;
  • 2–3 years of experience in compliance or sales controlling;
  • Strong computer skills and digital mindset;
  • Excellent command of English for daily communication and work;
  • Ability to manage a high workload and multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Reliability and attention to detail;
  • Strong conflict management capabilities;
  • Exceptional communication skills.
