Our company is currently undergoing a significant transformation across the EMEA region. We operate six regional data centers that play a key role in supporting our test environments. Historically, each region has managed its own processes and infrastructure independently. However, we are now moving toward a more unified, global operating model. The goal of this transformation is to strengthen our internal knowledge base and improve collaboration between regional and global teams. By consolidating expertise and standardizing our practices, we aim to increase efficiency and reduce duplication of effort. This shift will also allow us to provide more consistent and scalable support worldwide. This transformation also focuses on improving collaboration with our internal business partners and responding more effectively to their needs.


The Team You Will Join 


You will be part of the Global IT infrastructure and Operation team, a dynamic group responsible for the designing, maintaining and involving the company’s core technology backbone. Collaboration is central to our culture: we work closely with the application owners, business unit and external partners to ensure the infrastructure project align with the business parities. 
The team values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement and you will play a critical role in driving complex initiatives from conception to successful delivery.

 

The Opportunity 


We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and Infrastructure projects. The role involves coordination of cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed in time, withing scope, and on budget. The Infrastructure Project Manager will oversee initiatives related to data centers, cloud migration, networks, servers, storage, and other core IT infrastructure services.

 

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

  • Project Planning and Execution:  Support sponsors in shaping a project scope and objectives and translate them into clear plans with timelines and deliverables. Create detailed project plans and schedules. 
  • Stakeholder management: Engage with business leaders, IT Teams, and Vendors to align project goals with organisational needs. 
  • Team coordination: Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and supporting Team Leads including system engineers, network specialists, and external partners in managing dependencies and resolving issues.
  • Risk and issue management: Identify potential risk, develop mitigation strategies, and manage project issues proactively. 
  • Budget and resource management: Track project budget, control cost, and allocate resources effectively. 
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet organisational standards, compliance requirements, and best practises. 
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and dashboard to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Process improvement: Contributes to project management best practises and continuous improvement within the IT function.

 

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT Infrastructure projects (network upgrades, cloud migration, data centre transformation, etc.)
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Servers, networks, cloud platforms, virtualization, storage, and security).
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Project management certification, for example (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Vendor and contract management experience. 
  • Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
