Valuable team members, the Corporate POS Senior, will play an essential role in Bancassurance processes and in operational flows optimization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Bancassurance activities (reporting activities, policy issuance, other administrative activities);
  • Respond to sales force, policy holders or colleagues from other departments’ requests and complaints;
  • Build and update the database from the administrative application at the insured person level, based on the information received from partners;
  • Track premium collection, perform reconciliation and regularizations;
  • Keep contact with the partners and solve requests coming related to the managed portfolios;
  • Prepare various reports and situations regarding the managed portfolios;
  • Provide support for other departments to solve various issues, specific to the administered portfolio;
  • Recommend solutions to automate or simplify operational flows;
  • Develop and review operational procedures for the department’s activities;
  • Be involved in departmental and interdepartmental projects.

  • Very good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office tools;
  • Experience working in insurance/ banking industry and solid understanding of the business/ distribution channels is a plus.
