Purpose or mission of the Role: This role is critical to build and execute Marketing & Communications’ plans to enable business growth and performance to support Mexico New Frontier goals.
The role requires innovation, collaboration and leadership skills. Will support the VP Marketing LatAm guaranteeing fit for purpose marketing solutions are delivered in the market. Will provide special attention to support the LoBs on identifying and translating business requirements for marketing solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects for the country, focusing on the new frontier areas of business, such as Health Ecosystem, A&H and xCelerator.
• Align the marketing plans and budgets with the regional marketing agenda and adjust them based on the country's business needs and market dynamics.
• Measure and report the impact and ROI of the marketing activities, using various metrics and tools, such as customer feedback, loyalty, and satisfaction.
• Facilitate the implementation of customer experience capabilities and strategies, ensuring that the customers receive consistent, high-quality, and personalized service throughout their journey with MetLife.
• Keep and take are social media activities
• Engage and inform the business stakeholders about the marketing plans, timelines, and key milestones, and solicit their input and feedback to inform the marketing strategies.
• Leverage the regional and global CoEs and GTO to access and utilize the best practices, assets, and talent for the marketing activities.
• Leverage data intelligence, market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and best practices, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize MetLife's performance and growth in the country.
• De proactive supporting LoBs heads on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships in the region, advancing transformation agenda and augmenting MetLife's competitive advantage.
• Coordinate local Marketing and Events budget and resources and ensure compliance with MetLife's policies and standards.
• Manage all Corporate Comms, internal and external and social media care.
• Lead country Marketing & Comms teams, enabling progress towards key goals, monitor team capabilities, improve engagement and motivation for professional growth.
• Develop all Digital strategies, related Marketing & Comms functions
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience (with at least 3 years in a middle management leadership role) in Marketing coordination, Business Development, Corporate internal & External Communications, Events, Project Management, or a related role, preferably within the Latin America region.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
INTERPERSONAL PROFILE
• Creative thinking and innovation in facilitating diverse teams’ collaboration and communication.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale events across multiple countries in Latin America.
• Strong cultural awareness and understanding of the Latin American market.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding Social Media tools
