The Opportunity:

The Chief Information Officer will be responsible for leading the company's information technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a CIO or senior IT executive in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives and IT strategy development.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development, and data management.
