Job Summary

The Junior Agile Scrum Master supports one or more Infrastructure, Platform, or Operations teams, enabling project delivery using Agile practices. The role focuses on facilitating Agile ways of working in environments that combine project-based change and service delivery, while aligning with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

This role helps teams improve predictability and service reliability while working closely with engineers, product owners and stakeholders. The position is ideal for professionals early in their Agile career who want hands‑on experience in infrastructure and IT operations contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teams by organizing their work in Epics, Sprints, Features, User Stories, etc.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.
• Identify, track, and help remove impediments affecting delivery or service performance, escalating when needed.
• Protect teams from unnecessary interruptions while enabling healthy interaction with stakeholders.
• Communicate delivery status, flow metrics, risks, and blockers clearly and transparently.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Engineers, and Operations partners.
• Support Agile delivery across infrastructure domains such as: Cloud and platform services; DevOps, automation, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code; Operational stability, reliability, and modernization initiatives.
• Support Agile ways of working while aligning with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as: Incident Management; Problem Management; Change Management; Service Request Management.
• Encourage data‑driven improvement using Agile and Kanban metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or be in the last year of the career.
• Foundational understanding of Agile principles.
• 0–1 year of experience in IT Infrastructure or Operations environment (including internships or early‑career roles).
• Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in Agile delivery within Infrastructure and IT Operations contexts.
• Intermediate English.

Career Development: This role provides a strong foundation for progression into a Scrum Master role supporting infrastructure, platform, and enterprise technology teams.
