We are looking for a new Jr. Payroll Analyst to join our HR Team at the Center of Excellence in Argentina.

The payroll team of Argentina is responsible for processing the payroll for Argentina through outsource service model, maintaining internal processes, and working with internal clients on administrative personnel management tasks. The team interacts with all HR areas, finance, and legal departments.

The Opportunity

The Junior Payroll Analyst is responsible for managing payroll-related tasks, including vendor relations, receiving and sending updates, payroll control, legal certifications, responding to employee inquiries, and collaborating with other payroll teams. This role is crucial for the business, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, contribute ideas to improve processes, and be in a key position for the company.

Success in this role requires

Attention to detail, proactivity, active listening, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset. The Junior Payroll Analyst will work with Microsoft Tools such as Excel, Power BI and the payroll vendor. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll-related tasks and vendor relations.
• Develop accurate payroll reports and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with labor and legal requirements and internal processes.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support.
• Improve payroll processes and contribute ideas.
• Collaborate with other payroll teams and departments.

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations or related fields.
• Experience with Microsoft Tools
• Experience in payroll operation and knowledge of AFIP/income tax.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
