Position Summary - Review and research claims in the pre-assigned Met Refer work queues or document/Files provided by client. Understand and Identify variation and Fix/highlight/Process them as per business standards.
Job Responsibilities
· Analyze, validate and process transactions in business application
· Analyze and research all discrepancies.
· Investigate and resolve outstanding items.
· Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards.
· Ensure that the quality of transaction is following predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence.
· Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
· Prior knowledge of documents Review, and document creation related to process is desirable
Education -Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 1 - 5 years of education.
Experience - 1-5 Years
Technical Skills
· Computer navigation skills with MS Word and excel is must.
· Keyboarding and data mining skills
· Excellent written and oral
· Knowledge of Insurance principles in relation to US Insurance is desired but not mandatory
