Descripción y requisitos

  • Scope:  Vendor (Fineos) work management, ensure Vendor and Inhouse custom team is utilized to the max capacity, align work and manage work for Custom dev and Codev to drive delivery.
  • Familiar with Project planning – Waterfall & Agile.  Strong Agile & waterfall estimation, planning, delivery experience.
  • Experience driving vendor teams to deliver
  • Technical delivery experience – able to communicate with Developers, Cloud ops engineers and understand subject matter with core tech skills in Java ,Oracle, AWS ,Devops .
  • Strong Verbal & Written communication - communicate issues, create plans, and communicate them independently.  Communicate with global team – US, Ireland, Eastern Europe, India.
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Overall Resource team - ~6-8 resources ( Vendor+FTE )

Responsibilities: Drive day-to-day delivery, create delivery plans, work with SRE and Env team to ensure env alignment and production fix delivery
