We are looking for a Technical Functional Analyst to join the IT – Solution Delivery department, providing support in the execution of projects that include a technical component.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather information and detailed requests regarding user requirements through discussions with stakeholders;
- Perform analysis and create test plans while working within a team;
- Provide support for software applications by troubleshooting issues and implementing new functionalities;
- Create analysis documents, testing documentation, and user manuals;
- Ensure that effective risk management is integrated into daily activities, in accordance with MetropolitanLife policies, and escalate relevant topics to the manager or the risk function.
In order to be a great fit, you should bring:
- Completed higher education (ideally with a technical background);
- A working understanding of AI concepts and experience leveraging productivity tools to support effective, data‑driven work;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
- Experience working with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g., Sales Navigator);
- Knowledge of UML and SQL Server (is an advantage);
- Excellent planning, leadership, and project control skills;
- Advanced English language skills;
- Project management and stakeholder engagement knowledge and skills;
- Ability to analyze complex problems;
- Strategic analysis skills and a results‑oriented mindset;
- Cross‑functional collaboration abilities;
- Excellent communication skills and strong team-player mindset;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to “translate” technical language for the business;
- Appetite for technology and a desire to create impact.
