The Opportunity
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for acting as a critical bridge between IT and business functions, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into effective technology solutions across Turkey. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing operations, enhancing decision-making through data and AI-driven insights, and enabling scalable, efficient business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between IT and business teams to ensure alignment on process improvements and technology solutions
• Create and document business process models, requirements, and system impact analyses
• Oversee the translation of business needs into functional specifications and ensure clarity across stakeholders
• Manage communication and coordination between process owners, IT teams, and process development functions
• Develop and contribute to business process improvement methodologies and best practices
• Coordinate process simulations, optimization activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Analysis, or a related field, with the ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Hands-on experience with process modeling and analysis tools, using them to design and improve business processes
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to perform root cause analysis, identify bottlenecks, and translate insights into actionable outcomes
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) and ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance business processes and decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or related fields
• Familiarity with Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) and application delivery methodologies
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or related business domains
• Knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and performance metrics development
• Experience working with AI-driven solutions, automation tools, or data-enabled process optimization initiatives
