The resource will be responsible for strengthening governance and the internal control system of the distribution channels (with a primary focus on agents, sub-agents, and brokers) through the definition and application of methodologies, processes, and inspection tools aimed at mitigating fraud, reputational, and compliance risks, and at improving sales quality.
A key aspect of the role will be the design and implementation of KPI/KRIs and dashboarding tools to monitor the distribution channels’ operations and support data-driven decision-making.
Specifically, the resource will be in charge of:
· Analyzing current controls and tools to identify areas for improvement.
· Defining methodologies and processes to ensure effective governance over the distribution networks.
· Collaborating with company functions to design and implement a KPI Dashboard and a Rating System to monitor the risk profile of each distributor
· Collaborating with company functions to ensure integrated risk oversight through the definition of a first-level control checklist and the development of remediation plans for any anomalies.
· Conducting on-site and remote audit activities.
· Producing reports related to the control activities carried out.
BACKGROUND:
• 5+ years in management consulting, with experience in Risk Assurance services (Internal Audit / Governance, Risk & Compliance).
• Experience in insurance sector projects.
HARD SKILLS:
• Knowledge of process audit methodologies.
• Understanding of insurance regulations related to distribution.
• Ability to draft clear and structured reports for top management.
• Knowledge of Power BI (or similar tool) is a plus.
SOFT SKILLS:
• Critical thinking and analytical approach.
• Ability to work independently and in unstructured environments.
• Consulting mindset: problem-solving, effective communication, internal client orientation, stress management.
• Potential leadership skills for developing a dedicated team.
