Descripción y requisitos

To support the development and launch of life insurance products by assisting in market research, product documentation, system coordination, and regulatory processes. This role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Product Ideation

  • Collect and analyze data on customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support product concept development.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather feedback and contribute ideas for new product features or enhancements.

2. Product Documentation & Development Support

  • Assist in drafting product materials including:
    • Terms & Conditions
    • Product Specifications
    • Sales Illustrations
  • Support the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for system development.
  • Help ensure product documents are accurate, clear, and aligned with regulatory standards.

3. System Coordination & Testing

  • Work with IT and Operations teams to support system setup and testing (UAT).
  • Help track and report issues during testing phases (e.g., Day 1.0, Day 1.5).
  • Ensure timely updates and adjustments to systems based on feedback.

4. Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Assist in preparing submission packages for the Ministry of Finance (MOF).
  • Support communication with regulators and follow up on approvals.
  • Ensure product materials and processes comply with legal and internal standards.

5. Sales & Marketing Collaboration

  • Provide product knowledge and materials to sales and marketing teams.
  • Help prepare training content and FAQs for distribution channels.
  • Support product launch activities and monitor early performance feedback.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field. Professional certifications in Market Insight or Data analysis… are a plus.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in life insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good project coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in market research, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in the life insurance industry.
  • Finance and actuarial background or experience working with actuarial/finance teams is preferred.
