The Team You Will Join 

 

You’ll be joining a dynamic team of 8 experienced Underwriters, dedicated to Individual Protection. Together, we ensure that every decision reflects our commitment to excellence, risk management, and customer trust, and we’re evolving to embrace digital transformation and process optimization, and deliver smarter, faster decisions.


The Opportunity 

We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional who blends risk assessment expertise with a digital mindset. The ideal candidate will help optimize our underwriting processes by applying AI tools for risk analysis and fraud detection, automating repetitive tasks, and redesigning workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency.

This position calls for solid project execution skills, close collaboration with Sales and Medical teams, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

 

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

  • Assess and manage underwriting applications
  • Conduct clinical analysis and collaborate with the medical team 
  • Assess professional, financial, sports, and travel-related risks 
  •  Handle administrative tasks related to underwriting, including reports and client communications
  • Manage digital archives and coordinate external document storage 
  • Ensure timely and professional correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
  •  Apply AI tools to enhance risk analysis and detect fraud 
  • Transform operational workflows through automation and digitalization


What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

  • Experience with AI tools for risk analysis and fraud detection 
  • Knowledge of Power BI and other data visualization platforms 
  • Ability to automate and optimize operational workflows 
  • Fluency in English (C1 minimum) 
  • University degree or equivalent qualification 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Team-oriented mindset with a high level of autonomy 
  • Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities 
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work under pressure 

 

  What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills)

  • Previous experience in the insurance sector, especially in Underwriting
  • Relevant insurance or medical certifications 
  • A passion for risk analysis and for new ways of working
