We are now looking for a Leader for Data & Analytics Strategy & Planning to join our LATAM Data & Analytics (DnA) organization. This role is pivotal in driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and cultural transformation across the region.

Based in our Buenos Aires Center of Excellence, this position will partner closely with the Director of Data & Analytics Strategy & Portfolio Management to ensure that key initiatives, communication strategies, and organizational processes are effectively planned, executed, and measured.

What you’ll do…

• Collaborate within the Strategy & Planning team to translate organizational priorities into actionable strategies and initiatives.
• Develop executive‑level presentations, reports, and communication materials that support decision‑making and stakeholder engagement.
• Design and oversee operational processes that improve efficiency, productivity, and cross‑functional collaboration across DnA.
• Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
• Act as a liaison across teams, ensuring the organization stays aligned, informed, and connected around key initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement and measure engagement and enablement strategies.
• Serve as a key communication point for internal stakeholders, helping align priorities and promote transparency.
• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights that support strategic decisions.
• Develop meaningful recommendations and informed perspectives for leadership review.

What you need to succeed…

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, program management, organizational development, or similar roles.
• Proven experience supporting or driving transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, operational excellence, process improvement, change management, strategic planning, and technology operations.
• Strategic thinker with advanced problem‑solving skills and the ability to connect the dots across complex environments.
• Exceptional executive communication capabilities—clear, concise, and persuasive.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to craft compelling narratives for decision‑making.
• Solid project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Skilled at navigating consensus and building strong relationships across matrixed organizations.
• Consultative, diplomatic, and effective in negotiation and stakeholder management.
