■職務内容

○当チームの業務分野は大きく、保険分野と募集管理分野に分かれる。各分野にかかる職務内容は以下のとおりである。

①保険分野

:新商品開発のサポート

:保険金/給付金支払にかかる法的問題(約款解釈含む)への助言


②募集管理分野

:訴訟/ADRの管理

:顧客/代理店との間の紛争管理

:不祥事故・不祥事件調査にかかる法的助言


③その他

:外部弁護士への依頼管理(案件管理・弁護士費用支払管理など)

:案件システム管理(システム自体の不具合解消など技術的なものは含まない)などチーム運営にかかる事務的業務


■経験・スキル・資格・学歴(必須)

・商品開発、収納保全などの業務従事経験、行政対応含む募集関連業務への従事経験

・他部門と良好な関係を構築するコミュニケーションスキル

・英語を使用して業務を行うことへの抵抗感がないこと(頻度が多いわけではなく、また流暢である必要はないが英語学習への抵抗がないことはGG12以上へのキャリアアップでは重要なため)


経験・スキル・資格・学歴(尚可)

・保険業法/保険法など法務/コンプライアンス関連案件に関与した経験

・英語学習への意欲


■Responsibilities

○Our team's business areas are broadly divided into two categories: the insurance field and solicitation management field. The main duties for each area are as follows.

①Insurance Field

- Supporting the development of new insurance products

- Providing advice on legal issues related to insurance and benefit payments (including the interpretation of policy terms)


②Solicitation Management Field

- Managing lawsuits and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) cases

- Handling disputes between customers/agents and the company

- Providing legal advice related to the investigation of scandals or incidents


③Other Duties

- Managing requests to external attorneys (including case management and payment of attorney fees)

- Administrative tasks related to team operations, such as managing the case management system (excluding technical issues such as system malfunctions)


Requirements (Experience, Skills, Education)

Experience in product development, premium collection and retention, and solicitation operations, including interactions with administrative authorities.

Experience in product development, premium collection and retention, and solicitation-related operations including responding to administrative authorities

Communication skills for building good relationships with other departments

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

Willingness to use and learn English at work is important for career growth to GG12 or higher, even if fluency and frequent use are not required.


Preferable 

・Experience in handling legal and compliance matters related to the Insurance Business Act, Insurance Act, and other relevant regulations

・Motivation to learn English
