The Opportunity
The Investment Finance Analytics & Reporting Manager (Reinsurance Focus) is responsible for delivering investment reporting, analytics, and accounting support for U.S. GAAP and STAT requirements, while building and scaling capabilities to support ceded reinsurance transactions from an investment perspective across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead investment reporting and analytics activities supporting U.S. GAAP and STAT requirements, including SEC and NAIC filings
• Create scalable models and processes to support accounting and reporting for investment activity within ceded reinsurance transactions
• Oversee reconciliations, controls, and supporting documentation related to investment data tied to reinsurance activity
• Manage onboarding of new reinsurance transactions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Develop automated and AI-driven solutions to enhance financial reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate closely with Investments and Controls, Analysis & Reporting (CAR) teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in financial reporting
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with strong application in financial reporting and accounting processes
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced data analysis) to support complex financial analysis and reporting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and STAT accounting principles applied to investment reporting
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
• Suggested 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or investment finance, ideally within insurance or financial services
• Experience with data analytics and automation tools (Alteryx, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance reporting and operational processes
• Familiarity with financial systems and ERPs (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, PAM, BI Publish) supporting financial data management and reporting
• Exposure to process optimization and digital automation initiatives, including RPA solutions
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with experience driving cross-functional initiatives and building scalable processes
